            Hi, I am Qusai.        
         I make marketing happen.

I am a digital marketing manager based in Sharjah, with 15 years of experience in the UAE. I enjoy the whole journey: finding the idea, building the campaign, and making it better along the way.

I have worked with dozens of medical centres and other clients, managed Meta and Google campaigns, and led creative and development teams. I also enjoy getting hands-on with design, websites and mobile apps.

How did my UAE career begin?

I joined Al Waseet in September 2011, initially writing classified advertisements. After nine months, I moved into advertising sales and progressed through the business to Area Manager.

What did I manage?

As Area Manager, I managed client relationships, supported the advertising sales team, and worked towards monthly targets. That experience gave me a practical understanding of what businesses need from their marketing.

What did I learn along the way?

Working with a wide range of businesses strengthened my skills in advertising, account management, negotiation and team leadership. I brought that commercial understanding into my later digital marketing work.

How did the team grow?

I have managed marketing and delivery at Dama Rose since 2016. At our peak, I led 16 full-time employees in Abu Dhabi and a 45-person team in Syria through shift supervisors. It taught me a lot about hiring, mentoring, creative delivery and keeping distributed teams working together.

What does my marketing work involve?

I manage campaigns from the first idea through to reporting and optimisation: goals, audiences, budgets, offers, creative direction and launch. My work spans Meta and Google advertising for dozens of medical centres and other clients across Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman.

Where do I get hands-on?

I design campaign creatives, build websites and online stores, work on mobile apps, and supervise photography and video production. I enjoy connecting the strategy with the practical work that makes a campaign happen.

A dental centre in Dubai

I managed offers and Meta advertising with an average monthly media budget of AED 40,000, covering campaign planning, audiences, creatives and optimisation.

A dental & aesthetic medical centre in Sharjah

I managed marketing with monthly media budgets of AED 80,000–90,000 across Google and Meta, reaching audiences in Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman.

Dozens of other medical centres and businesses

Many of my other clients worked with monthly advertising budgets of AED 10,000–20,000. I adapted the strategy and creative work to each business.

These figures are advertising spend only. I keep client names private here, and can discuss suitable examples and anonymised reports in an interview.
